1. Overview
By placing an order with Japan Tradigate, you agree to these terms. Products are sourced from makers in Japan and offered for international delivery where eligible.
2. Orders & Payment
Available payment methods, the charged currency, taxes, discounts, and the final total are shown in Shopify Checkout before an order is submitted. Payment authorization or capture follows the method displayed at checkout.
3. Shipping & Delivery
At launch, orders are offered to eligible United States destinations and shipped by FedEx. Dispatch estimates, shipping charges, and the treatment of import duties and taxes are shown at checkout.
4. Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns or exchanges for customer preference. This does not limit mandatory rights or remedies for goods that do not conform to the contract. Please see our Returns page for the complete policy.
5. Warranty
No separate commercial warranty or repair service is offered. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including images, text, and the "Japan Tradigate" mark — is the property of the site operator and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply in the customer's country. The competent court will be identified using the registered address of Japan Tradigate.
