Product Care & Order Issues

Care guidance and what to do when an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming.

Daily Care

Follow the instructions supplied with the product. For knives, hand-wash carefully, dry immediately, avoid dishwashers and hard cutting surfaces, and store the edge safely.

No Repair or Sharpening Service

Japan Tradigate does not currently accept products for repair, restoration, handle replacement, or sharpening. Please consult a qualified local specialist at your own discretion.

No Separate Commercial Warranty

We do not offer an independent commercial warranty. This does not exclude or limit mandatory consumer rights or remedies for goods that do not conform to the contract.

Order Issues

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming, contact us promptly with your order number, packaging photographs, and clear images of the issue. Do not ship a knife without written instructions.
