At launch, we deliver carefully selected Japanese goods to eligible United States destinations by FedEx. Final charges, timing, and customs treatment are shown at checkout.

Customs & Import Duties
Important Notice Regarding Customs Fees
Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and handling fees levied by your country's customs authority are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We are unable to predict or prepay these charges as they vary by country and are determined by local customs officials. Please contact your local customs office for an estimate of applicable fees before placing your order.
All shipments are accompanied by a commercial invoice declaring the full purchase value of the goods. Undervaluing shipments is illegal and may result in seizure of the package.
If a package is refused due to customs charges and returned to us, we will refund the product price minus return shipping costs.
The checkout will state whether duties and taxes are collected in advance. If it does not, the carrier or customs authority may collect them from the recipient.
Tracking & Insurance
All shipments include a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Tracking information is provided by Shopify and updated automatically.
All shipments are insured against loss or damage during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging before opening and contact us immediately.
